A different time of day/year might give more dramatic shadowing. That may be realistic for your site, but it makes for a pretty boring drawing. This is putting the majority of the scene in shadow. The camera is effectively looking "into the sun" because the primary light source is facing the viewer. Consider picking an oblique angle that highlights the cooler parts of the design, like the entry. You effectively have a one-point perspective which is hard to make look realistic. I don't use Vray, but as a rendering, I concur with many of the statements made. The grass between the concrete pavers looks random, which is great. I like the warm tile and wood horizontal siding on the covered entry.
